عن الوظيفة
· Lead process development/ process performance/ improvement strategies and plans to support the execution of appropriate methodologies for projects’ & operations support for live-and-running platforms.
· Utilize multi-framework expertise to tailor project-specific life-cycle processes.
· Lead the identification & design of needed quality processes as per projects’ nature and based on industry frameworks & best practices.
· Build & manage process performance system that support collecting/reporting/ building baseline for delivery/ operations performances.
· Participate in engagements with Quality Services Providers (QM vendors); starting from designing RFPs, evaluation of vendors, and managing vendors activities/ deliverables.
· Oversee various program’s quality activities/ deliveries making sure all timelines, KPIs and targets are met.
· Provide leadership & technical advice for process/ performance related aspects for quality & project teams during execution as appropriate.
المتطلبات
· 10+ years of Software Process Improvement experience with proven record in governance and leadership.
· Expert knowledge in various frameworks & methodologies (i.e. CMMI, SAFe, ISO, ITIL)
· Able to work independently in a highly dynamic environment with strong analytical skills, organized, self-motivation in addition to having excellent communications and Presentation skills.
· Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic environment with a full understanding of customer demands/needs and flexibility to exceed customers’ expectations.
· Solid communication skills with capability of networking on global environment in a way that supports business growth activities.
Proven track record of managing quality in large scale projects, people management experience with large teams and governance of multiple projects led by other quality managers.
