Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Agent to support our logistics and procurement operations. In this role, you will help manage the flow of goods, materials, and information across the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or quality issues
- Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, and inventory reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
