عن الوظيفة
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory requisites with Procurement & Kitchen Ops department to ensure short/long term planning
Forecast production plans to manage accurate inventory for distribution to minimize abnormal stock fluctuations or Goods Out of Stock
Perform analysis on SKU movement to anticipate and mitigate the stocks shortage through scenario planning
Review the actual consumption vs. the forecast to highlight and address deviations in order to update supply planning parameters
Lead the planning for the goods assigned to be in line with the safety stocks and DIO targets
Job responsibilities:
المتطلبات
Bachelor degree is a must.
Excellent English and Google Sheets / Excel skills.
Food and beverage or FMCG experience is a must.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Previous experience in the same position.
