l Develop, prepare, review, revise, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation that meets organizational standards to boost user experience on digital products and platforms.
l Create and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
l Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
l Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information to write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language that sets our users up for success.
l Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
l Cooperate closely with various departments to gather information from subject matter experts and understand project requirements.
Job responsibilities:
المتطلبات
l Experience: 2- 5 Years Experience.
l Fluency in Arabic and English (written/ verbal) .
l Excellent computer skills.
