Call Center Agent
(Fluent English Speaker)

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Agent to join our growing team. If you are confident in handling outbound calls, passionate about sales, and committed to providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls, including cold calls, to potential clients.
• Present and promote company services in a persuasive and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, with regular follow-ups for long-term engagement.
• Accurately document call outcomes and adhere to company’s sales and communication standards.
المتطلبات
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
• A minimum of one year of proven sales experience is required.
• Proven telesales experience with strong objection-handling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is a plus.
