عن الوظيفة
Responsibilities: Applying/monitoring the development process optimization on the testing level for all testing activities. Supporting, monitoring & defining the quality goals, test strategies, and test plans for specific testing engagements. Defining the required templates for all testing phases (Plan & Control, Analysis & Design, Implementation, Execution, Evaluation Exist Criteria & Reporting, Closure). Analyzing with business & development teams the provided requests to get efficient solutions to meet business requirements. Participating in standard business and information technology solution implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Defining the required software testing tools for all testing activities to achieve the required scope. Following up on a daily/weekly basis on the project deliverables.
المتطلبات
Qualifications & Experience: +10 years’ experience in Quality Control, Assurance & Testing Management fields. +3 years’ experience with a Fintech business. [is preferred] Test management certificate. [is preferred] Job Requirement: Solid Management & leadership skills. High level of interpersonal skills. Analysis and problem-solving skills. Solid experience in software test management tools. Practical experience in automation testing projects. Good experience in the DevOps CI/CD concept & toolchain. [is preferred]
