عن الوظيفة
Perform and develop the operational tasks to facilitate Core Switching & IMS services and implement expansions and modifications based on work orders or immediate intervention in emergency cases as well as providing technical support and solutions for different aspects related to Core Switching & IMS network.
Job responsibilities:
- Analyze , troubleshoot and solve the problems discovered in the daily health checks Core Switching & IMS network elements.
- Suggest and develop the needed statistical reports and health checks.
- Being a source of proficiency and references to provide the technical knowledge transfer and day to day activities to junior staff to achieve higher technical performance.
- Create complete Signaling and and voice for both TDM & IP configurations for the Core Switching & IMS elements.
- Create the needed configuration for integration of the Core & IMS entities and also the new platforms related to other technologies connected with the core network (IN, VAS, Billing, Provisioning, Access etc.).
- Follow up with the vendor for the daily tasks, tickets analysis and night action plans.
- Provide and follow up the corrective actions taken related to problems handling.
- Provide technical solutions for new project and new services.
- Perform the technical acceptance of the new Core & IMS projects as well as new features within the project time plan with coordination of the project stake holders.
- Follow up and handle with vendor the SW upgrade and correction patches implementation.
- Troubleshoot and solve the customer complaints & VIP complaints raised by the Complaint Handling & IS teams.
- Extract the protocol traces of C7 monitoring tools, and perform complete analysis on all protocols (ISUP, MAP, INAP, CAP and BSSAP).
- Communicate with Orange Skill center for technical discussions about new projects and critical problems.
- Responsible for 2nd level intervention on all Core Switching & IMS sites (support the maintenance and operation activities) in major and Critical issues.
- Provide technical support for core & IMS entities on 24/7 basis.
المتطلبات
- B.SC. In Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
- Very good English both written & spoken.
- Very good computer skills.
- CCNA and CCNA Voice.
- Full awareness of GSM.
- Core SIP/IMS network knowledge.
- Analytical thinking and problems solving abilities.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Self-motivated.
- Very good communication and organizational skills and ability to solve conflicts with win-win solution.
- Flexibility of working outside the working hours
Experience:
- Min. 2 years of relevant work experience
