Bringing in airline tickets and hotels reservation and editing
Answering client's requirements regarding travel appointments and housing reservation
Clarify canceling reservation process
Making offers for corporates and individuals
Handling client's complaints in an appropriate way
Making sure the client's visa is valid for specific countries
Determine travel destination, hotel arrangement, and best roads
Facilitate arrival process from arrival station to hotels
