Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Management Specialist located in Maadi, Cairo. The Workforce Management Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as capacity planning, analytical skills, workforce management, communication, and workforce planning on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Good in spoken and written English
Strong knowledge of scheduling, reporting, and planning
At least six months of experience in the WFM field
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Critical thinking mindset
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel
