- Respond to users' inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming messages across the company's communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve user concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Follow up with users to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
- Report recurring issues, user feedback, and common inquiries to the relevant team.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all users.
المهارات المطلوبة
- Excellent written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently.
- Patience, attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
