وصف الوظيفة
- Own the full lifecycle of course production projects from planning to publishing on the LMS.
- Coordinate with instructors and content creators to schedule recordings and ensure content readiness.
- Plan and manage shooting schedules, and logistics for course production.
- Follow up daily with the media team (videographers, editors, designers) to ensure timely delivery of all assets.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure courses are launched on time.
- Review recorded and edited content to ensure quality standards and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Communicate project updates regularly with stakeholders and escalate risks or delays early.
- Maintain •documentation for each project (timelines, assets, feedback, versions).
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting process optimizations for faster and smoother production.
- Ensure all content meets internal quality, learning, and operational standards.
المهارات المطلوبة
- 0–1 year of experience in project coordination, operations or any other related fields.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of video production or content creation workflows is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and problem solver.
