- Coordinate all aspects of program execution
- Support the B2B outreach process by identifying potential partners and maintaining strong partner relationships.
- Support instructors and ensure that all sessions (online and offline) run efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Tech) to align on timelines, deliverables, and program objectives.
- Ensure all program data, reports, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Help resolve on-the-spot issues and challenges to ensure smooth delivery.
