- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
- Maintain a consistent and friendly brand tone in all interactions.
- Handle inquiries and complaints, escalating sensitive cases when needed.
- Prepare regular reports on engagement, common questions, and audience sentiment.
- Coordinate with content and marketing teams on publishing schedules.
- Manage multiple brands while adapting tone and voice accordingly.
- Conduct regular social media analysis to evaluate performance across platforms.
- Support the marketing team in campaigns and related activities when needed.
المهارات المطلوبة
- Relevant background or experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage online interactions professionally and tactfully.
