Job Description
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support growth and strategic planning.
- Collect, organize, and maintain competitor intelligence on pricing, offerings, campaigns, and performance.
- Monitor industry trends, reports, news, and regulatory updates and summarize insights for stakeholders.
- Identify and map relevant industry events, conferences, and forums to support visibility and positioning.
- Support evaluation of new products and services through market data and customer insight collection.
- Maintain research databases, dashboards, and documentation repositories.
- Contribute to monthly industry and competitor reporting in collaboration with the growth team.
