Job Description:

Handling Cases through calls, e-mailing, and web chatting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Ticketing and Problem-Solving.

Sending and receiving emails.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Max age 30.

Very Good in English. 

Back office experience is a plus.

Excellent Business Email writing.

Excellent typing skills and speed of 30 words per minute

5 working days & 2 days off.

9 working hours rotational shifts.
