The employee relations specialist is responsible for all the employees at the batch plant
· Executing the onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
· Ensures that all the required arrangements are made for the new employee to begin work by following the recommended process.
· Responsible for HR Operational areas such as payroll, and leave management.
· Generating official internal documents such as salary slips and warning letters.
· Manage & update employees’ files.
· Conduct Exit Interviews with the resigned employees.
· Execute the Employees Satisfaction Survey.
· Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
· Coordinating the employee performance process
· Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
