Executive Assistant

Job Description:

- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments.
- Writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external guests

- Handle requests and queries appropriately

- Coordinate and manage other related assigned tasks
- Take MOMs at meetings

- Work on the task management tool to follow up on tasks

- Work on proposals and presentations

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent command of English language is a must
- Efficient user for the Microsoft Office suit
- Detail oriented, excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
