Talent Acquisition Specialist to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill positions. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
To be a successful recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Write and post job descriptions on career websites.
Source candidates by using databases and social media.
Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
Conduct phone, Skype and in-person interviews.
Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to the clients.
Follow up with the clients and attend the final interviews in case needed.
Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
Attend job fairs and career events. Follow up on client's visits whether existing or potential clients, by answering their inquiries and needs regarding accommodation, transportation and other matters that must be dealt with.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter ( Tech Recruitment Experienced is Plus)
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
