Job Description


  • Assist in identifying training needs through assessments and feedback.
  • Support in designing and delivering training programs (soft skills & technical).
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
  • Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand development needs.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Support the facilitation and delivery of external training programs and workshops offered by Career 180 to external audiences, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
  • Assist in creating and recording onboarding and training videos when needed to support learning initiatives.

Required Skills


  • 2-3 years of managerial experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business - Administration, or relevant field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks.
