Job Description
- Post job vacancies on different platforms.
- Source candidates and review CVs.
- Conduct HR interviews with candidates.
- Evaluate candidates based on interview criteria.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Required Skills
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in student activities is a must (preferably in HR or Recruitment).
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Good command of English.
