Job Description

The Organizational Development (OD) professional is responsible for improving organizational effectiveness through structured interventions in culture, performance, leadership development, and change management. The role focuses on aligning people, processes, and strategy to drive business performance and employee engagement.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 3–8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, HR strategy, or change management
  • Strong understanding of OD models, frameworks, and tools
  • Experience with performance management and competency frameworks
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to influence leadership and drive cultural change
