Job Description
- Review, build, and maintain functional and technical documentation, communications, and policies.
- Support workshops, meetings, testing activities, and issue resolution.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on data, inputs, and outputs.
- Prepare and maintain reporting dashboards and artefacts across tools such as Jira, Excel, and Planview.
- Assist with small projects and initiatives to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Implement new processes and contribute feedback to improve compliance and efficiency.
- Adhere to established policies, processes, and SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Provide internal customer service in line with organizational service standards.
