Job Description
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
- Support General Assembly and Board of Directors governance, documentation, and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Law, Labor Law, and regulatory requirements.
- Support corporate filings, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
- Identify legal risks and propose mitigation actions.
