Job Description
- Lead discovery, user research, and user journey mapping.
- Deliver design solutions from concept to implementation.
- Define design standards and contribute to the design system.
- Ensure accessibility and user diversity are considered in all stages.
- Collaborate on roadmap planning and influence product direction.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered thinking across teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design for digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and polished UI outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of major design methodologies and schools (e.g., Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Lean UX).
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-platform consistency.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
- Strong visual, interaction, and systems design skills.
