Internship Description:

Olife is seeking a proactive and innovative Experiences Intern to join our team and ensure that our experiences remain unique and rich. As an Experiences Intern, your duties will include directly assisting and working closely with the Experiences Lead on designing health and wellness experiences, communicating with contractors and vendors and co-ordinating various experiences activities to ensure the success of experiences operations and processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Experiences Lead Assistance:
  • Directly assist and report to Experiences Lead in day-to-day operations and activities.
  • Write compelling and presentable proposals and outlines.
• Communication & Event Coordination:
  • Research for remarkable and unique connections to partner up with from health and wellness products/services providers to help make a hub out of Olife for health and wellness.
  • Communicate with all the supporting contractors and vendors required to run Experiences.

• Health and Wellness Experience Design Assistance:
  • Researching and analyzing market trends to determine improvements and build new ideas to Experiences.
  • Coordinating findings with the Experiences Lead, aligning them with the Experiences strategy.
  • Developing marketing strategies for Experiences.

The intern will learn:

• Gaining awareness of startup dynamics and working in a promising growing business.
• Being familiar with basic product design.
• Practicing and improving communication and event coordination skills.
• Getting basic experience in professional writing and content creation.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Flexible, Dynamic and Enthusiastic Character
• Interested in health and wellness and passionate about making a difference to improve people’s lives
• Good interpersonal skills, including active, non judgmental listening skills, empathy, reflection, and warmth.
• Marketing background is a plus
• Photography skills is a plus
• Having a car is a bonus
