Internship Description:

Our Internship program is designed to tackle the gap between the academic experience and the market practices, in your 3 months internship you will be exposed to real-life business problems, gain technical knowledge and acquire the needed soft skills to get you ready for the market!

In this role, you will go through different functions (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Organizational Development).

Talent Acquisition:

 Understand the basics of recruitment, acquiring talents (Job posting & Selection), writing a well-structured job post, sourcing and screening talents with different types of interviews and selection methods & how to use an ATS (Applicant tracking system).

Perform phone interviews & shadow the process until the offer stage.

Participate in new joiners' onboarding through planning and facilitating the sessions.

People Operations:

What are the needed hiring documents for different types of employment contracts.

How to archive and file the employees' database.

Get introduced to the attendance/vacation full process.

Enhance verbal communications through handling staff inquiries, maintaining confidentiality.

Learning & Organizational Development:

Hands-on experience in writing job descriptions.

Develop planning & organizing skills through organizing & assist in staff engagement & employer branding initiatives.

Facilitate training workshops and follow up on individuals' development plan progress.

Glimpse about Organization Design & Performance Management.

Understand employee handbook, policies & procedures.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

3rd or 4th years students, preferably business administration or HR-related studies.

Student Activity or previous internship experience is a plus.

Excellent Communication, Organization, & Detailed oriented skills.

Disciplined, Self-Motivated, and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.

Excellent organizational & time management skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
