Internal communication, will learn how to:
· Handle new launches process for NPDs (New Product Development).
· Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, production, supply chain, R&D and quality.
· Ensuring the right channel mix
· Develop consumer and trade promos.
· Manage Advertising and Marketing A&M spending
· Monitor brand’s performance.
· Review Income statement.
External communication, will learn how to:
· Conduct marketing research projects (Brand Track Health, Product Testing, U&A… etc.).
· Develop promotional strategies and execute activities for brand awareness.
· Communicate externally with BTL and ATL agencies for brand activities.
