Job Description:

- Preparing weekly schedules, receiving and directing visitors

- Handling basic office tasks.

- Preparing letters, presentations and reports

- Processing invoices and managing office budgets.

- Contacting subcontractors/suppliers required for the site & preparing list of required purchases and handling their operations.

- Preparing the required contracts.

- Preparing letters/emails

- Handling basic HR responsibilities

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Holding a Bachelor or License Degree

- Excellent written and spoken English w

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

- Overseeing administrative staff members

- Very good knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
