Job Description:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document, track and test bugs, and debugging process results
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• B.A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• 2-5 years’ experience in software development /software quality assurance

Technical Knowledge:

• Experience in manual testing (Web and Mobile) 
• Experience in Automation testing (Web and Mobile) 
• Selenium automated testing Framework. 
• Hands-on experience with  multiple types of testing including UI, system/integration / API testing
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Solid experience in exploratory testing.
• Experience in test plans and test cases creation
• Good knowledge in White box and black box testing techniques
• Experience in bug tracking tools such as Jira / TFS. 
• Experience in Test management tools such as Testrail / Testlink / Qmetry.
• Good knowledge in testing estimation techniques
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Work in Agile/Scrum development process
• Performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Mobile Automation testing is a High plus
