Hala is a learning and development professional, with more than 11 years of experience in the people development field. Through her years of experience, Hala delivered more than 14,000 hours among the different learning & development activities; starting from learning design and development, learning consultancy, training delivery, and coaching. 
 
Hala is originally a Computer Engineer, whose passion for learning & people development started early on. Hala's professional journey started in 2008, where she joined LOGIC for Training & HR development for three years, in the Research & Development department, followed by leading the public business line & regional operations, where she got vast exposure on the whole spectrum of the industry dynamics. In 2011, she started her journey with Impact for Learning & Development, as one of the founders' team. Since then, and up to March 2018, she has been accountable for establishing & leading the Learning Design and Development function, with all its activities, starting from the strategic level & direction, identity, portfolio, to managing the executional level, with Impact turning to be one of the most reputable and promising Learning & Development organizations in the Egyptian market. In March 2018, Hala has started her freelance consultancy journey, freelancing with many of the top learning and development organizations in the Egyptian market, and being the Master Trainer of “The Trainer” certificate in ESLSCA Business School since then, & finally, she has joined Edge Consultants as an independent consultant, in the capacity of Organization’s Design & Development Advisor 
 
Hala's professional journey enabled her to work on various learning & development assignments with many of the most reputable organizations in the Egyptian market with remarkable success. Sample of clients include:
