Defining the scope of the project in collaboration with PMO Director
Conducting detailed requirements gathering sessions with the product team as needed
Creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Determining the resources required to complete the project
Developing a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
Reviewing the project schedule regularly with the PMO Director and all other stakeholders that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
Developing forms and records to document project activities
Setting up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
Monitoring and reporting the progress of projects
Establishing a communication schedule/matrix to update stakeholders in the organization on the progress of projects
Monitoring all budgeted project expenditures
Performing risk management to minimize project risks
Advising on any needed preventive/ corrective actions to deliver the assigned projects on time

Job responsibilities:

University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years’ experience as a project manager
MP and/or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus
Banking/payments experience is a must (Should be familiar with cards and wallet products)
Microsoft Project proficiency is a must
Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent communication, presentation, data display and reporting skills with the ability to balance conflicting needs
