Job description

Outbound Sales is a sales professional specialized in establishing outbound customer contacts in order to promote and sell a product or service. 

In order to attract Outbound Sales that best matches your needs, it is very important to write a clear and precise Outbound Sales job description.

 

  • Contact clients via telephone calls, arranging meetings and emails to discuss the capability of their service in satisfying customer needs

  • Prepare and offer job proposals to clients indicating their interest in providing advertising services

  • Plan and deliver sales pitches to potential customers convincing them to purchase an ad space

  • Explain service features, an estimate of cost, and terms of service

  • Maintain a good working relationship with new and existing customers to establish a client base

  • Conduct price negotiations with clients on behalf of an advertising agency

  • Close sales deals, secure contract approval, and ensure the processing of all essential paperwork

  • Review advertising sales services to ensure they meet client requirements.

  • Use CRM to manage the sales pipeline, make calls and take meetings.

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.


Job responsibilities:
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.

  • Fluent English Speaker

  • Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for 1-3 years.

  • Proven results in a customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Networking aptitude

  • Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
