Job description

· Ability to independently plan and execute activities in a timely, efficient and high-quality manner.
· Build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships based on effectively achieving the client's marketing objectives.
· Demonstrate independence and autonomy with respect to their responsibilities.
· Provide strategic input, tactical planning and direction on assigned accounts.
· Supervise account staff to implement plans profitably.
· Exhibit a deep understanding of the clients, accounts and industry.
· Knowledge of managing the business aspects of the client account on behalf of the agency.
· Providing high level analysis of category, research, and competitive data. Active in strategic development.
· Ensure high quality agency output.
· Managing the development and editing high quality written materials including press releases, fact sheets, backgrounders, biographies, tour reports, briefing books, speaking opportunity abstracts, pitch letters, Q & A's, and general client correspondence.
· The primary and ongoing contact on the client's behalf to top tier press and analysts.
· Managing all account related services.
· Managing resources and staff.
· Ensure everyone is focused on brand strategy and positioning: client, account team, and other internal departments.
· Provide clear and fair direction and feedback to junior account staff.
· Keep programs on track and ensure program deadlines are met while handling multiple projects.

الخبرة, المهارات والمتطلبات
Advertising Background (Preferable). 1+ years of experience in account management. Proven leadership ability and management skills. Excellent command of English language. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including presentation skills.
