Envision Employment Solutions is currently on the look for a rockstar Head of People for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.
Responsibilities:
- Building people and leadership capability. - Developing an adaptive and competitive organization. - Creating a productive environment to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the company. - Works with business leaders to create business strategies, deploy them to the organization, and create the environment and systems needed to support their delivery. - Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Formulate career development plans. - Plan and design training programs. - Supervise the full People Operations in all subsidiaries - Lead employer branding efforts. - Ensure our hiring, onboarding, and management procedures are effective for a multitude of functions. - Calculate employee engagement metrics. - Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews. - Manage department’s budget.
المتطلبات
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or similar degree. - A dynamic achiever, ready to get involved and take the department to a new level of excellence. - Excellent planning skills and a good communicator - 10+ years of experience in Human Resources as a strategic experience. - Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and HR leading practices. - Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills. - Demonstrated skills in leadership, integration, facilitation, and complex problem solving. - Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, system knowledge, and effective communication.
