عن الوظيفة

- Responsible for supporting the development, proposition and facilitation of organizational design changes across the organization. 
- Supports the design and delivery of OD strategies, processes and interventions in coordination with the OD Manager, line management and HR leadership.

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field. 
HR-related certifications are considered an asset (SHRM, CIPD). 
Fluent in Arabic and English (Writing and speaking) 
0-3 years of demonstrated work experience in OD / Design role. 
Previous experience working in the banking sector is considered an asset.
