Job Purpose: Perform a monitoring mechanism through quality reports (Operational & Initiatives) in order to identify opportunities for improvement that impact both business operations & the employee experience for HR & Admin services. Job Description: ▪Developing the surveys questionnaire with the different stakeholders across the HR & Administration dept to cover the initiative/service attributes for better employee experience. ▪Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with HR & Admin MGT ▪Purpose recommendations for the HR & Administration operations improvement. ▪Follow up of the assigned action items in order to ensure the implementation of the enhancement initiatives

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Build and maintain a strong database of qualified technical candidates.Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews with candidates.Coordinate with Heads of Departments and hiring managers throughout the technical selection process.Schedule technical interviews, tasks, and follow up with candidates until the hiring decision.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.Develop and update job descriptions based on business and hiring needs.Prepare regular recruitment reports and track hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
