Receive recruitment requests. Search for relevant candidates using all the possible sourcing channels. Conduct initial interviews for junior positions if required and make assessment reports. Send the shortlisted CVs and the related assessment reports to the clients, & receive feedback. Arrange for final interview with the clients. Follow-up & receive the final feedback on the interviewed candidates.
