Handle all pharmacy/ No pharma retail outlets Distributors. Ensure coverage to outlets by all Dabur range as well as NPD Able Coordinate and liaison with Retail Dist. Sales team, conduct training, design promotional programs, follow up brands and area performances. Monthly / weekly sales monitoring analysis and develop and design sales plans to maximize core range coverage as well as NPD Drive key accounts / chain pharmacies visibility drives/ promotional activities. Understand Numeric / weighted distribution preferable acquaintance with Nielsen reports. Able to manage the complexities of direct coverage dist\
