عن الوظيفة
"- Prepare the Design and Construction documents (Reports, calculations, and drawings in accordance with the codes/regulations & standards) of the following systems: *Chilled Water Systems. *Ventilation Systems. *Pressurization and Smoke Management Systems. *District Cooling System. *BMS and Automatic Control Systems. - Prepare HVAC Services Space Matrix. - Prepare Basis of Design Report for the project. - Prepare Technical Reports and Client Presentations. - Prepare Data Sheets, Systems Comparison Reports, and Bill of Quantities. - Prepare specifications in accordance with CSI format. - Provide innovative solutions, follow the latest technology, and propose the most energy-saving design concepts. - Ensure that quality and standards are maintained and cost saving solutions are adopted. - Implement and follow Quality Assurance Programs. - Oversee and control efficiency and quality of work produced by the team. - Attend all coordination and progress meetings and present options and solutions as required. - Communicate with design teams (internal and external), Clients and Project Managers. - Ensure effective coordination with other disciplines such as Architectural, Structural, and Electrical Engineering. - Model on and use Autodesk software (Revit & AutoCAD). - Publish submission sheets with different format (3D model, CAD, PDF, DWF, etc.). "
Job responsibilities:
المتطلبات
"- BSc. in Mechanical Power Engineering. - 8 – 13 years of experience in the Design Field. - Design experience is a must, construction experience is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent Team Work Capabilities. - Fluent in English language (Speaking, reading and writing). - Familiar with local authorities’ requirements and regulations. - Familiar with international Codes and Standards. - Demonstrating proficiency in Autodesk Revit, CAD and Microsoft office applications. - Professional in using Carrier E-20 HAP software. - Experience in District Cooling Plants design is a plus.
