عن الوظيفة
• Partner and coordinate between different teams to identify and solve business challenges.
• Analyze customer reports and reviews to identify key areas of improvement to the overall customer experience.
• Build and own new initiatives and projects aiming at solving cross-departmental business challenges and bulletproofing its processes.
• Report updates regularly to each project’s stakeholders.
