A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and employees in a company.

المتطلبات

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or similar. - Efficient knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants. - Good ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates. - Background in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates. - Capability in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
