Web developer

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Web Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to
join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites
and web applications, while also managing MS Dynamics CRM administration and
development. The ideal candidate should excel in front-end and back-end development, with a
strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive websites, web applications, and MS
Dynamics CRM solutions.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet
requirements and expectations.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code for various platforms including
SharePoint, PHP intranet, and MS Dynamics CRM.
Troubleshoot, test, and debug web applications and CRM systems.
Optimize websites, applications, and CRM solutions for performance, speed, and scalability.
Implement and adhere to company coding standards, best practices, and CRM administration guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience as a web developer, with expertise in MS Dynamics CRM administration and development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks
(e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or ASP.NET.
Strong understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with third-party services.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with content management systems like WordPress, SharePoint, Sitecore, or Liferay.
Understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
