- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client goals and translate them into clear marketing strategies.
- Manage multiple marketing projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and performance teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns professionally.
المهارات المطلوبة
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Excellent English proficiency.
