Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into clear marketing strategies.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and performance teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns professionally.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
