- Own the full end-to-end hiring cycle from workforce planning to offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with business and quarterly targets.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
- Lead sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
- Ensure high-quality screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Drive a consistent and positive candidate experience across all hiring stages.
- Lead offer management, negotiations, and closing of candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time to hire, quality of hire, and conversion rates.
- Identify skill gaps and support recruiter capability development.
- Lead, coach, and develop junior recruiters and monitor performance for the recruitment team.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular hiring reports and insights for the HR Head.
المهارات المطلوبة
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
- Experience in employer branding or talent marketing is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
