Job Description

  • Own the full end-to-end hiring cycle from workforce planning to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with business and quarterly targets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Lead sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
  • Ensure high-quality screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Drive a consistent and positive candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Lead offer management, negotiations, and closing of candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time to hire, quality of hire, and conversion rates.
  • Identify skill gaps and support recruiter capability development.
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior recruiters and monitor performance for the recruitment team.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular hiring reports and insights for the HR Head. 


Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
  • Experience in employer branding or talent marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
