Vacancy Application | Business Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process analysis.
Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Conduct data analysis to support business and operational decision-making.
Perform gap analysis between current and target business states and propose solutions.
Design and build dashboards and reports to visualize trends and insights for leadership (e.g., QuickSight).
Support dashboard integration to reduce manual data collection.
Execute ad-hoc data queries and analysis as required.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for stakeholders and management.
Support change management and training activities for new tools, systems, or processes.
