Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process analysis.
- Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Conduct data analysis to support business and operational decision-making.
- Perform gap analysis between current and target business states and propose solutions.
- Design and build dashboards and reports to visualize trends and insights for leadership (e.g., QuickSight).
- Support dashboard integration to reduce manual data collection.
- Execute ad-hoc data queries and analysis as required.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for stakeholders and management.
- Support change management and training activities for new tools, systems, or processes.
