Leadership Training

Picture a special event, a bit like a big learning adventure, where mentors gather to teach over 700+ passionate students how to become great leaders. This event happens at the beginning of every academic year, in November and it's called the Leadership Training program.Where they learn and get the know-how needed to build their teams in fields like leadership, communication skills, design thinking, critical thinking, ideation, business model canvas, and entrepreneurship.Furthermore, our educational approach goes beyond traditional classrooms, embracing a practical aspect. We seamlessly blend team-building workshops and interactive activities into our curriculum, fostering teamwork, building strong relationships, and teaching effective conflict resolution. These hands-on learning experiences empower students to utilize their personal strengths while recognizing and harnessing the distinctive abilities of their peers.
