Job description
• Prepare the financial statement for the branches. • Manage branches' employees' day-to-day operations. • Recruit and interview new employees. • Train new employees. • Ensure overall customer satisfaction. • Oversee branches' expenses and budgets. • Responsible for branches' inventories, cleaning and maintenance. • Prepare a weekly performance report for the branches' performance. • Work on enhancing the KPI of the branches. • Supervise the branches employees and report to the operation manager. • Handling critical issues of the branches.
